General Information
By Bus:
Take bus 5C towards Husum Torv and get off at Ørestads Boulevard. The trip will take approximately 30 minutes from the airport.
By Metro:
Enter the metro station from Terminal 3. Take the M2 to Kongens Nytorv Station, where you’ll change to the M1. Get off at Islands Brygge Station. The hotel is a 400-meter walk away.
By Taxi:
Private taxis are widely available right outside the airport. The trip by taxi takes approximately 15 minutes but allow more time during rush hour.
The hotel has a 24-hour front desk team if you’d like a taxi arranged.
By Car:
Drive via Amagerbrogade for a 5.4-kilometer trip or via Røde Mellemvej for a 6.8-kilometer trip to the hotel.
Participants are requested to check with their local Danish Consulate/Embassy well in advance of their travel date. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa as necessary.
Official letters of invitation designed to assist with obtaining an entry visa can be made upon request. In order to receive an invitation letter for visa purposes, send an email to rachel@bioevents-congress.com with the following information:
